Here's how it works:

• Simply bring your chequebook into our store and make out the cheque in front of a member of staff as directed.
• We will then cash your cheque to the value stated, minus a nominal service charge.
• To allow time for your wages/cheques to clear in your account, we will defer the presentment of your cheque to our bank until the day requested by yourself, up to a maximum of 28 days.
• Please note that there are various restrictions on our Personal Cheque Advance service, in addition to those mentioned here.

Here's what you need:

• You must have a bank or building society account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to produce at least three documents of identification, to include at least a driving licence, passport or similar goverment issued photo I.D.
• You will also need your chequebook and a valid cheque guarantee card.
